In a post on a blog called the Daily Bellweather, author Bill Sloat says, in reference to the East Central Ohio chatter soundfile post of yesterday:

Still, the creature would have to be very cautious to avoid disclosing its presence in a densely populated Midwestern state inhabited by more than 11 million humans. Indeed, bigfoot seems to have pretty much succeeded in hiding itself like the weapons of mass destruction that were said to be stored in Iraq.What Bill may not know is that there have been hundreds of reports from Ohio. Here’s a link to the BFRO’s page detailing the Ohio reports they are willing and able to publish. Researchers do not believe that they receive all the reports that they could, either. Some estimate that we only get about 10%. So the actual case is not exactly like the one Bill has presented in his article.
